We are in Shailer Park and offer free local travel. We do service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Redlands, Ipswich, Logan, Scenic Rim and beyond for a travel fee. We charge $1 per Klm and travel 4 trips to drop off and collect the items. Eg. Shailer Park to your address is 30klm away. We charge $120.

Most events require a $100 deposit to secure your date with the balance payable 2 days before setting up or we accept cash on the day. We also offer payment plans if this helps. Simply make installments with your name as a reference.

We need 6m x 6m of relatively flat grassed area for our 5m tents and 4.2m x 4.2m for our 3m tents.

Please ask if you require the tent for more than one night. Usually $50 per extra night. We often have specials offering free nights.

Absolutely. Just make sure your booked sight is big enough for our Bell tent and send us your confirmation. We will contact the on-site managers to discuss set up times and access so we can get it done before you arrive.

Yes! Our tents are weather treated and keep the wet weather out.

If you've booked a glamping tent event, this is usually still possible. We may ask to set up the tent earlier than your planned event and pack down later so it can dry out again. We will also need to move the picnic table to an inside or undercover location instead.

We always suggest having an inside backup plan as we will not set up our hire items in the wet as it damages our decor beyond repair. We make contact the week leading up to your event to discuss weather conditions and are happy to reschedule if possible or relocate to an indoor/undercover location.

Generally, 48 hours but if you'd like to set up earlier for your event, please ask us. If available, we do our best to accommodate this, so you can get decorating.

Unfortunately not. The tents don't have a frame inside as such and require the ropes and pegs to hold them up safely.

It is important to remember, you are responsible for our hire items during the hire period. Wet weather is the only weather our decor can't handle. Please have an indoor backup option available. Tables can be easily lifted undercover along with rugs and cushions, or you could take them inside our large 5m Bell tents if you hired that from us.

We do offer delivery for a fee depending on your location. Just ask us to quote you once you supply an address.
